New AODD series!
Discover now the new range NXT 2000-SLD! Made of solid-block Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene, these AODD pumps complete the series already available, to meet the special needs of some applications requiring the use of abrasive, corrosive and loaded liquids.
We offer double diaphragm pumps, air-operated dosing pumps and big size pumps that can also operate into explosive atmospheres (Ex-proof) for the pumping of abrasive and corrosive liquids. Non-stalling, submersible and dry-running, they are easy to use and to maintain.
ARGAL conceived a new range of AODD pumps using the best materials and the latest technologies available. NXT 2000 series distinguishes itself from competitors' AODD range thanks to the choice of high-quality materials from thermoplastic polymers reinforced with glass or carbon fiber and to the new distribution system. The pump body and components' compact design, as well as the optimized efficiency, have brought NXT 2000 pumps to a superior level.

NXT 2000 range is the complete solution for transferring, dosing, injecting corrosive, aggressive and viscous liquids with high performance and reduced air consumption in total safety, even within explosive areas (Ex-proof).

NXT 2000-SLD pumps share the same constructive and performing advantages as NXT 2000 pumps: a fast pneumatic exchanger, increased unloading systems for performance optimization (without interfering on air consumption), and an optimized internal design for viscous and loaded liquids.
They are made of UHMW-PE solid-block and available 1/2" - 1" - 1 1/2" - 2". NXT 2000-SLD pumps ensure a very high abrasion and corrosive resistance, and continuous operations into in- or outdoor applications (with low temperature) and into explosive atmospheres (Ex-proof).

NXT 2000-SLD were conceived for specific operations of transferring abrasive, corrosive and loaded liquids used in the waste recovery processes, ceramic industry, metal and mineral treatments, in the seawater applications and water treatments.

NXT 4000 pumps not only offer optimized performance but a great balance between efficiency and sustainability too. Thanks to the solid-block construction made of the thermoplastic polymer UHMW-PE and fluoropolymer PTFE, NXT 4000 pumps ensure a very high chemical resistance and mechanical strength, allowing the pumping of the most aggressive and viscous liquids. The internal design makes the liquid going through the center block directly and linearly, reducing friction and leakage, no manifold is needed.

Applications:
NXT 4000 operate in various applications as "transfer pumps" and thanks to their resistance, they can pump corrosive and non-corrosive liquids, with high or low viscosity, with solids or abrasive particles, shear-sensitive liquids and inflammable ones.

BIG-SIZE AISI 316L AODD PUMPS
NXT 4000 series represents the safest and most efficient solution for not only heavy dangerous and explosive applications but process applications. The entire construction of the body pumps and of the distributor is made of AISI 316l (low carbon content) making the pumps extremely resistant to corrosion, robust and perfect for continuous operation.

BIG-SIZE UHMW-PE AODD PUMPS
The NXT 3000 range completes the MISTRAL series offering excellent mechanical properties and low friction coefficient. It represents the ideal solution for highly abrasive or wear applications. The very first NXT 3000 ordered was for environmental recovery operations with the presence of sulphuric acid and aluminium fluoride.

WORLD FIRST FRP AODD PUMPS
NXT 3000 AODD pumps entirely made of FRP are a WORLD FIRST. This is the unique solution on the market to this date thanks to the composite materials used: vinyl ester resin reinforced with long strands of fiberglass molded through the RTM technique.
NXT 3000 series offer many pluses, from which a high chemical resistance (the highest amongst resins and polyesters), a mechanical strength (comparable to some metal alloys), abrasive and wear resistance, fire resistance and light weight.
